Please provide 24 hours notice in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment.
If you did not attend a booked appointment or no notice of cancellation is offered or cancellation notice is provided less than 24 hours, the practice will charge a Did Not Attend fee of $50.
This is a private fee and is not refundable under Medicare.
You may not be able to rebook an appointment until you have settled your account.
Please be considerate to other patients’ needs and Doctors’ time of this practice.
This policy is intended to facilitate attendance and on time appointments for all our patients.

- Please enquire at reception if you have any questions regarding fees.
- Bulk billing is available for under 16-year-olds and over 65-year-olds (please see our fee structure below). However not all services are covered by Medicare, please call to discuss fees.
- If you need to discuss more than one Health issue it may be best to book a long consultation.
- Please enquire at the time of booking if you are unsure.
